C. O. Wilke
Laboratory
The Wilke lab works on computational and theoretical biology. Our research interests are molecular and protein evolution, the evolution of RNA viruses, and theoretical population genetics. We use a broad range of methods, including bioinformatics and statistics, mathematical modeling, and computer simulations.
Peter Enyeart is rotating through the lab this fall. This summer, John Woods rotated through the lab, and Zhenyu Zhang wrote his statistics masters report.
Anna-Marie Christian is writing her statistics masters report in the Wilke lab this spring.
Tong Zhou is joining the lab as a postdoctoral researcher.
Deng Madut is joining the lab as undergraduate research assistant.
Allan Drummond is visiting the lab until mid-August.
